Shipping policy

• Once you've placed your order, please allow 2-5 business days for it to be processed.
• You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped as well as the tracking number once your order has been processed and scanned at USPS.
• All orders are shipped via USPS. Any concerns after receiving your tracking number, please contact your local USPS. 

Local Pick-Up: 

• Local pick-up notifications will be sent via email and/or text message. The email notification will let you know your order is ready. The text message notification will tell you what day pick-up will be, what time it will be, and where it will be. The pickup text message will come at least a day or two days before the actual pickup date.
• If you don’t pick-up your order on the date that is in the text message you will have to pay shipping for your order to be shipped. The shipping fee will need to be paid before the tracking number is created.
